Let us help you get un-stuck

All of the therapists on our team have advanced and specialized training.

You are paying a premium for top level care, someone who is accessible, and someone who will coordinate care with other therapists, psychiatrists, schools and medical providers.

fees

Individual Therapy fees range from $200 to $300, based on clinician.

Family therapy sessions are 50 minutes long, and the fee is $275

We do occasionally have sliding scale spots available, so please feel free to ask. We are well-connected in the community and pride our practice on getting you connected with a provider who can see you for the fee you can afford. If you are struggling to find a therapist, we will do our best to help you find one (in our practice or in another).

We are not contracted with any insurance panels; however, if you have a PPO plan, you are eligible for reimbursement. These are the questions we recommend asking your insurance panel to determine what they will reimburse:

  • What is my deductible?
  • What is the allowed amount for CPT code 90834 (therapy)? (This can range from $80-$250)
  • What percent do you reimburse for an out of network provider? (This can range from 30%-70%)

An example: If you coverage allows for an “allowed amount” of $250 and reimburses 70%, you will get reimbursed $175 per session. If your insurance allows for an “allowed amount” of $80 and covers 50% of this amount, you will get reimbursed $40 per session.

Insurance

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy and charge for cancellations that occur with in 48 hours of your session.

Under the law, (Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act), health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Your clinician will give you a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges per your request or at the time of scheduling. The GFE shows the costs that are reasonably expected for services provided by the Frankel Group. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. It does not take into account any reimbursement that you may receive as a result of out of network benefits.
  • The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. You also may pay much less than the amount you are quoted if you decrease frequency of sessions.

If you are billed for more than this Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
